TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales made on the website betweenYunaēand any individual consumer (“Customer”).

Article 2 – Products

Products are described as accurately as possible.
Visuals, images, and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and arenon-contractual.
Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing batches, suppliers, or restocking.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are displayed inUSD unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping fees are clearly indicated before order confirmation.

Article 4 – Pre-Purchase Information

Before completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges having received all required information, including:

  • product characteristics,

  • total price,

  • seller identity,

  • estimated delivery timeframe,

  • return and refund conditions,

  • applicable warranties.

Article 5 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
An order confirmation email is sent after successful payment.



Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
Accepted payment methods includecredit/debit cards, Stripe, and PayPal.
Yunaē does not store or have access to Customers’ banking or card information.

Article 7 – Product Availability

In the event of exceptional unavailability of a product after an order is placed, the Customer will be refunded or offered an alternative product.

Article 8 – Pricing Errors / Technical Issues

In the event of an obvious pricing error, display malfunction, or technical bug, Yunaē reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Article 9 – Shipping & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and fulfillment center.

Delivery times areindicative and not guaranteed.

The Customer is solely responsible for providing acomplete and accurate shipping address.
Yunaē is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Non-Receipt of an Order

If an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, the Customer must notify Customer Supportwithin fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery status update and provide proof of non-delivery from the carrier when applicable.
Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.

Delivery Investigation

In the event of suspected loss or delivery anomaly,Yunaē may initiate an investigation with the carrier.
The Customer acknowledges that such investigations may takeup to 30–35 days, depending on the carrier.
No refund or reshipment will be issued while the investigation is ongoing.


Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Package

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim:

  • reshipment may be offered at the Customer’s expense,

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Article 10 – Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraud Prevention

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or bank opposition initiatedwithout prior contact with Customer Support and without allowing a reasonable processing time (2 business days) may be considered abusive.

Yunaē reserves the right to contest such claims by providing:

  • order confirmation,

  • proof of shipment,

  • tracking information,

  • proof of acceptance of these Terms.

Article 11 – Returns & Right to Cancel (US Policy)

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returns are acceptedwithin 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • opened or used products,

  • hygiene or personal care items,

  • customized or personalized products,

  • digital products already accessed or downloaded.

Article 12 – Returns & Refunds

Returned products must be:

  • unused,

  • unopened,

  • in perfect condition,

  • in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds are issued within14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Article 13 – Legal Warranties

Customers benefit from applicable legal warranties, including warranties against defective products, as provided under applicable law.

Article 14 – General Limitation of Liability

Yunaē shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • financial losses,

  • misuse of products,

  • product incompatibility with personal expectations or preferences.

Article 15 – Force Majeure

Yunaē shall not be held liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, network failures, or governmental actions.

Such events may result in:

  • temporary suspension of obligations,

  • extended delivery timelines,

  • cancellation of orders that become impossible to fulfill.

Article 16 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed byEnglish law (UK).
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts ofEngland and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the Customer’s country of residence.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the website, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms at checkout.

The Customer is responsible for verifying compatibility with their skin, nails, or personal sensitivities.
Yunaē shall not be liable for:

  • improper use,
